Delivery

​​UK Delivery

All of our orders are processed and dispatched by our warehouse within 48 hours (excluding weekends and UK Bank Holidays). Please note that processing times may vary at seasonal times of the year and product launches.

Unless specified, all regular deliveries will be sent tracked via Royal Mail.  Our delivery options and prices are as per below:-

- Free delivery to England, Scotland and Mainland Wales on orders over £40

- Standard UK Delivery - £5.99

Note: Orders over 2kg will be sent via DPD at a cost of £7.99.

Our warehouse will always work hard to process and dispatch your orders on time but there may sometimes be factors outside of our control, which means your delivery is longer. In the unlikely circumstances that you have not received your order within the time period, please contact our customer service team who aim to respond back to all queries within 2-3 working days and will be happy to assist you further.

Nala’s Baby is not responsible for any delivery delays incurred by extra fees, transportation strikes or delays.

International Delivery (EU Only)

All orders will be dispatched 2-3 working days after the order has been received. Delivery charges are calculated on checkout.

Please note deliveries outside of the UK may incur additional import charges. Nala's Baby is not responsible for ensuring these charges are paid and are not included in the delivery fee.

 

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your Nala's Baby delivery please contact us at info@nalasbaby.com within 14 days of your order arriving.

Please note due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on our range unless faulty or broken.
