Delivery
We want you to receive your Nala's Baby order quickly and smoothly! Here's what you need to know about our shipping.
UK Delivery
- Processing Time: We aim to process and dispatch all orders from our UK warehouse within 48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays). Please note that during busy periods, like new product launches or seasonal sales, processing times might be a little longer.
- Shipping Methods:
- Standard - Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days). (Orders weighing over 2kg will be sent via DPD.)
- Express – DPD Next Day (1-2 working days)
- Our delivery estimates start from the dispatch date (when you receive your shipping confirmation email).
- Shipping Costs:
- FREE delivery for orders over £15 (to England, Scotland, and Mainland Wales).
- Standard UK Delivery: £4.95
- Express UK Delivery: £7.95
- Delivery Delays: While we always work hard to get your order to you on time, sometimes unforeseen factors (like transport strikes or extra fees) can cause delays. Nala's Baby is not responsible for these external delays.
- Missing Orders: If you haven't received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact our friendly customer service team. We aim to respond to all queries within 2-3 working days and will be happy to assist you.
International Delivery (EU Only)
- Processing Time: International orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days after your order is placed.
- Shipping Costs: Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.
- Import Charges: Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to additional import duties and taxes levied by your country's customs. Nala's Baby is not responsible for these charges, and they are not included in your delivery fee. You will be responsible for paying any applicable import charges. If any customs duties or charges are due, you will receive an email from our third-party supplier instructing you on how to pay these charges. Please note that your order will not be delivered until these fees are settled.
If a parcel is rejected/returned by the customer at customs due to unpaid duties or taxes, the customer will be refunded for the product value upon safe return of the item to our warehouse, less the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees incurred by Nala's Baby.
Returns
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your Nala's Baby delivery please contact us at info@nalasbaby.com within 14 days of your order arriving.
Please note due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on our range unless faulty or broken.
